Joe

While progressing and refining his river guiding skills over the past twenty years, Joe has also discovered and fostered a passion for wilderness medicine. Using his on-the-water experience as a guide and trip leader, Joe has been able to incorporate whitewater rafting specific scenarios while teaching wilderness first aid and wilderness first responder courses to guides throughout the country.

When not teaching or guiding, Joe enjoys music and moonlighting as a DJ as well as embarking on multi-day private rafting expeditions.
