2 Days Of Rafting And An Overnight
Includes FREE Riverside Lunch
New River Gorge Rafting Riverside Overnight Package
The Lower New Overnight starts with a day on the Upper New, then leads into bigger rapids on the Lower New on day 2.
Often called “The Grand Canyon of the East”, an overnight rafting trip through the New River Gorge is spectacular. With duckies (inflatable kayaks) or rafts on day one and rafts on day two, plus delicious meals and campfires at night… this is a true adventure to remember.
Your guides will do more than guide you down the river on this trip. All of your meals, lunch and dinner on day one, and breakfast and lunch on day two, will be prepared for you by your guides. You’ll get to sleep under the stars with the sounds of the river flowing nearby…what could be better?

TRIP TIPS
- March-May is considered Spring rafting on the New River. The waves will be huge and the current will be fast.
- June & July brings lower water levels and is best for surfing and swimming.
- Unusually high water levels may cause trips to be shifted to a different section of the river for safety.
- Waivers are required for all participants.
- Let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to your arrival at ACE
- Water shoes, sunglasses, sunglass straps, and more last minute essentials can be purchased in the outfitter’s store.
- Wetsuits are available to rent prior to your trip.
- Be sure to leave the jewelry, watches, and any other valuables behind. Your trip leader will secure your car keys in a safe place. Items are easily lost on the river!
TRIP PHOTOS AND VIDEO
- Whitewater Photography will take photos along the way for purchase after the trip in the Outfitter store at ACE.
- Most full-day Lower New trips have a video boater, but it does depend on size of trip and overall busyness of trips that day. In order to guarantee your trip is videoed, you must pre-pay for your trip video.
