Thursday nights are getting a whole lot tastier at The Lost Paddle at ACE Adventure Resort! Join us for Pickin’ & Lickin’, a weekly gathering combining delicious food, guest chefs, specialty menus, and an open jam session where local musicians are invited to get on stage and play!
Each Thursday, we’ll spice things up with a featured guest chef or specialty menu, bringing something new and exciting to the table. From international flavors to Appalachian favorites, there’s always something different cooking at The Lost Paddle!
Filipino Night!
Thursday, November 5th – Served 4PM-9PM
We’re kicking things off with a flavorful trip to the Philippines! Our special Filipino-inspired menu features bold flavors, savory dishes, and delicious traditional favorites.
Appetizers
• Pork Lumpia – Crispy pork-and-vegetable spring rolls served with banana ketchup.
• Sisig Street Tacos – Crispy chopped pork with onion, chile, and calamansi, tucked into warm tortillas.
Main Courses
• Chicken Inasal – Calamansi, lemongrass, and garlic-marinated grilled chicken served with garlic fried rice.
• Short Rib Kare-Kare – Tender braised beef short rib in a rich peanut sauce with eggplant, green beans, and bok choy, served with garlic fried rice.
Dessert
• Leche Flan – Rich, silky custard topped with golden caramel.
Open Jam Session with Brandon Dent & Friends
Bring your guitar, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, drums, or whatever instrument you love to play! Brandon Dent & Friends will be hosting an open jam session on The Lost Paddle Stage, inviting musicians of all styles and skill levels to jump in, collaborate, and make some music.
Whether you’re a seasoned picker, a casual musician, or just love listening to live music, everyone is welcome! You never know who might show up or what musical magic might happen.
