A Letter to the Media,
Thank you for your interest in ACE Adventure Resort. ACE welcomes journalists and is here to offer assistance with interviews, media kits, story ideas, itineraries, images and individual press trips. Requests for complimentary or media rate accommodations, meals and activities are handled on an individual basis.
To most effectively meet your needs, please read these guidelines and provide the requested information and email your request to (organization contact name, title and email address).
Please provide:
- Journalist name, telephone number and email address
- Requested media visit dates
- Story focus and types of activities requested
- Anticipated publication date
- Media outlet name and circulation/audience/unique monthly visitors
- Letter of assignment if applicable
- Media outlet website and social media platforms such as: Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube
Freelance journalists please provide published clips no more than 12 months old.
Bloggers please provide: Website, Blog, Analytics
All media, please provide clips, JPG, or PDF of published print articles or links to digital articles or broadcast clips.
Unfortunately, ACE Adventure Resort cannot provide airfare or mileage reimbursement for your trip. ACE is happy to help facilitate interviews and offer suggested itineraries with attractions, activities and dining options that fit your editorial needs.
