To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests
Please review and follow the rules below before entering the ACE Adventure Resort Waterpark.
Thank you for helping us maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. We look forward to hosting your adventure at ACE Adventure Resort!
Safety & Supervision
- Swim at Your Own Risk: Lake attendants are on duty to monitor the area but are not lifeguards.
- Waivers Required: All guests 18 years and older must complete their own waiver. Guests under 18 must be included on a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Youth Supervision: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied and actively supervised in the water at all times by an adult 18 years or older.
- Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs): Life jackets are required in the waterpark area. Approved PFDs are provided on site.
Age & Admission
- Children 5 and under receive free admission to the waterpark.
- Children 5 and under need to be included on your reservation to receive the appropriate wristband to access waterpark areas.
Wristbands & Access
- Wristbands are required beyond all entrance points, including the patio, tents, beach, and water areas.
- Guests without wristbands will be asked to return to the entrance for proper admission.
Food, Beverage & Personal Items
- No coolers or outside food permitted.
- Food and beverages must be purchased from ACE Adventure Resort vendors only.
- No outside alcohol allowed.
- No glass containers permitted anywhere in the waterpark area.
Conduct & Prohibited Items
- Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.
- No pets allowed within the waterpark.
- No drones or aerial devices permitted.
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the waterpark without refund.
Weather & Refund Policy
- The waterpark operates rain or shine.
- No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or guest misconduct.
