Trip Description:

Stand up paddle boarding (a.k.a. SUPing) allows you to see more of the horizon and more of what’s below the water’s surface than traditional kayaking. The best part is that paddling while standing or kneeling on a rigid or inflatable board is more than just fun – it improves your balance, works core muscles and promotes perfect posture.  In the mood for a more relaxed adventure? Our inflatable SUP boards are equipped with a seat attachment for those that want to tour the lake seated. This trip location will vary depending on the water levels and conditions the day of your arrival.

Trip Highlights:

• Experience an exciting new sport that is far easier than it looks!
• This trip goes to various locations based on the water levels and skill levels of the group going out. Your trip leader will discuss that with you on the day of the trip.

Trip Tips:

• Bring a camera, or your phone but make sure they are waterproof or in a waterproof case.
• You are going on an excursion that involves a body of water that likes to take things that are valuable to you, so be sure to leave the jewelry, watches, and any other valuables behind. Your trip leader will secure your car keys in a safe place.

What To Wear:

• Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and a bottle of water
• Wear sandals, water shoes or tennis shoes

• Sunscreen and insect repellent
• Personal prescription medication if needed.
