Kick your adventure vacation off with our most popular rafting trip. Our Lower New is the perfect combination of thrilling rapids and beautiful scenery, making for an incredible adventure packed day! Surf huge waves and enjoy a complimentary deli style lunch by the river. After an action packed day on the river, unwind in a Log Cottage, Cedar Cabin, or take advantage of our FREE mountaintop camping! Spend your second day zipping through the trees on our 9 cliffside zips. Our Gorge Side Zipline Tour is the only zip course with views of the New River Gorge! On your third day, you’ll get the choice between our adventure waterpark or aerial park. Climb enormous inflatables and slide down our 40′ tall waterslide or soar through the air on our brand new aerial park. Trip Highlights:

Lower New Rafting

• Jump Rock: Experience nature’s high dive by jumping off this sandstone boulder into the New River. This is an activity only offered on full day river trips, and is a New River Gorge whitewater rafting guest favorite!
• Surfing: Surf West Virginia style by riding the waves of the New River. This unique experience is only available on full day river trips.
• Swimmers Rapid: Jump out of the boat and swim through a fun and splashy rapid, an option only available on full day trips.
• Class IV+ Rapids: With two class IV+ rapids named Double Z and The Keeney’s, this trip is perfect for beginners and seasoned rafters alike.
• New River Gorge Bridge: Lower New River Gorge rafting trips end under the awe-inspiring New River Gorge Bridge, providing dramatic closure to the most inspiring outdoor journey on the East Coast.
