Budget-Friendly Group Lodging in the New River Gorge

Planning a group trip doesn’t have to break the bank. At ACE Adventure Resort, we know every group is different, from youth trips and reunions to team retreats and large families, and that’s why we offer a wide range of affordable lodging options right here in the New River Gorge.

Affordable Group Cabins
Our bunkhouses are a favorite for groups looking for both value and comfort. These spacious cabins give everyone a bunk to rest their head after a day of adventures, with layouts designed to fit your group’s needs. Choose from:

  • Woodside Bunkhouse – Sleeps 16 with two separate rooms for co-ed groups.
  • Ranch Bunkhouse – Sleeps 12, easy walk to restrooms/shower houses.
  • Bath and Bunkhouse – Sleeps 12 and includes a private bathroom.

All bunkhouses are tucked away in Deer Hollow, a private area of the resort that gives your group space to relax and recharge.

Camping Made Easy
For smaller groups who want a camping experience without the hassle, our Group Tents are a great choice. Two six-person tents are already set up on a platform; no struggling with tent poles required. Plus, they come with electricity so you can charge up for the next day’s adventure.

Rustic Lodging Rentals
Not quite ready to rough it? Try our rustic options like safari-style platform tents, fully set up and waiting for you, or a cozy cedar cabin with air-conditioning and a private bathroom. These are great middle-ground choices for groups who want a balance of comfort and affordability.

More Than a Place to Stay
When you book lodging at ACE, you’re not just getting a cabin or a campsite — you’re staying at a 1,500-acre adventure resort in the heart of the New River Gorge. That means easy access to guided outdoor adventures, our 5-acre waterpark, miles of trails, and plenty of space for your group to enjoy the outdoors together.

No matter your group size or budget, ACE has the perfect lodging option for you. From bunkhouses to cabins to camping, we’ll help you create a group trip that’s comfortable, affordable, and unforgettable.
