Color Dash For Hope

Get colorful for a great cause this August and support Hope in the Hills in their fight to end Opiate addiction. The Color Dash For Hope is a 5K timed run on Saturday, August 3rd will get you covered from head to toe in all the colors of the rainbow. Get Colorful

Have you every done a color run? These are super fun events that anyone is able to participate. We’ve designed a 5K (3.1 mile) course utilizing roads and trails at ACE Adventure Resort. Along the way racers are doused from head to toe with a colored powder. Participants wear white at the starting line and finish the race plastered in color. Racers will each get a goodie bag that includes your official white Color Dash for Hope t-shirt that you can get colored during the run. Plus prizes will be awarded for top finishers and everyone that crosses the finish line will get a Color Dash for Hope medal.

ACE is the Place for FUN

Stick around after the run for a fun day at ACE Adventure Resort. All participants get a free burrito buffet after the run. Plus the Adventure Waterpark is the perfect way to spend an August afternoon. The Lost Paddle has food and tasty drinks all day and there will be live music with Jeremy Short that evening outside on the deck. ACE also has camping and cabins available if you are looking to make it a weekend.

Hope in the Hills

The Color Dash for Hope will benefit Hope in the Hills in their mission to end opiate addiction. This non-profit organization produces events that help connect and grow communities of recovery and healing in Appalachia, raising funds and awareness to combat opioid addiction through a wide array of projects and programs from youth prevention, healthy lifestyles and wellness to recovery houses and recovery to work. Their events, such as, Healing Appalachia have raised over one million dollars towards their effort and positively affected communities here in West Virginia.
