Eat & Drink Local West Virginia

We love supporting other West Virginia businesses, especially when they offer up tasty food and drinks! We are partnering up with a few of our favorite Mountain State crafters for an evening of delectable food, mouthwatering drinks and fine music on The Lost Paddle indoor stage. Bourbon & Beers is happening March 25th at ACE Adventure Resort in Oak Hill. Tickets are on sale now and only a limited number of seats are available. Let’s enjoy some of West Virginia’s finest food and beverages.

What’s On The Menu

The chefs at The Lost Paddle are putting together a delicious menu featuring pairings with craft beer and whiskey. Each pairing will be available at a self-serve station throughout the evening. This will allow you to dine at your pace and in the order you choose. Some sneak peeks at the menu include Cherry Wood Smoked Ham Sliders, Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese and Mountain Steer Meat Company’s local brisket, smoked to perfection topped with Chef Randy’s famous bourbon BBQ sauce and grilled onions. Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company

The folks at Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company have been taking pride in their West Virginia made craft beer since 2014. Located in Maxwelton, WV the team at GVBC uses only best ingredients to create truly unique brew recipes. With a sense of adventure in everything they do the brewery’s motto has always been Get Out. Explore. Bring Beer. They are bringing Devil Anse IPA, Ole Ran’l Pilsner and Great Claw Imperial Stout to the dinner.

Smooth Ambler Spirits

Smooth Ambler Spirits Distillery and Tasting Room is located in beautiful Greenbrier Valley West Virginia, where they enjoy the high-valley mountain air, natural waters, the ideal temperature variations. They mash, distill, age and blend a truly remarkable and unique spirit right here in the Mountain State. Get a taste of some of their best beverages including Contradiction, Old Scout and Old Scout Rye.

Local Music with Whiskey & Wine

Whiskey & Wine is an acoustic duo from Fayetteville, WV. Musicians Josh Winebrenner and Jessica Hypes provide entertainment that is smooth like whiskey, and satisfying like a fine wine. Whiskey & Wine’s musical stylings offer something for everyone, from classic rock to high energy 90’s favorites! Don’t miss their performance form 6-9pm on the Lost Paddle indoor stage.
