Vendor Application

Please complete this application in full. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the Festival. Applications MUST be received by April 1, 2018. The fee for submitting a Festival Vendor Application is $50. If accepted this fee will be credited as a deposit toward your total vendor fee. Applicants not accepted will have this $50 fee returned.

NOTE: Only the products listed on This application will be considered in the Festival if you are selected.

The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last minute cancellations due to the weather. Please plan accordingly.

Acceptance: You will be notified via email of your acceptance. If you are not accepted your fee will be returned in full. Your booth assignments will be emailed 2 weeks prior to the event. Payment in full will be required by May 1, 2018

Electricity: Electricity is provided for selected booths. If you select a space with electric you can expect 110v service with a 15amp breaker.

Location: We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction.

Camping:Vendors will be allowed to camp in the campground for free. If you wish to camp inside the festival grounds with your booth you may but no outside food or beverages is allowed inside due to West Virginia Alcohol Board of Control laws. Security will be provided during all hours.

Indemnity Agreement – Please read carefully

The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless ACE Adventure Resort and Mountain Music Festival from any and all expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way related to the Vendor’s participation in the Mountain Music Festival. I understand that it is my responsibility to man my booth at all times. It is my responsibility to secure my booth. I understand ACE Adventure Resort and Mountain Music Festival are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items.


I have read and understand the mountain Music Festival Rules and Regulations, and I agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I understand that if I do not comply, I and the organization or entity I represent, if any, will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursement of fees paid and excluded from future participation in Mountain Music Festival events. I understand that by signing this application I am agreeing to indemnify ACE Adventure Resort and Mountain Music Festival as well as follow all rules and regulations.

Vendor Application
Rates listed are general booth rental fees including electricity. Vendors selling food products will also be charged 10% of overall gross sales from the event.
